| When using syndie, is the data automatically prefetched and stored on your computer? I noticed when I used syndie that I would connect to an archive, it would download all the images automatically without me even asking it to do so. Are these files stored on the computer or in memory? I looked in the tmp folder where Syndie is downloaded and I saw files called "gethttp", in the text, I saw some encryption keys, are these where the actual files are stored? |

The images are part of the messages being downloaded... and all data is stored in the hsqldb ~/.syndie/db
These temp files are just some left over files from fetching from an archive, it's safe to delete them. |
